A: Crossroads Fuel Service provides propane and propane tanks throughout Hampton Roads & North Carolina. We also provide grill size cylinders to many local convenience stores and gas stations. Where are you located?

A: Crossroads Fuel Service, Inc. has office & storage facilities in Chesapeake Va., Hertford N.C., Sunbury N.C., Columbia N.C., Ahoskie, NC, Plymouth, NC, & Williamston, NC. Crossroads offers BP, Sunoco, & Pure branded gasoline to its 45 retail gasoline station/store accounts.

What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Crossroads accepts cash, check, money order, and credit cards. You may mail your payment (with approved credit) or pay the driver at the time of delivery. You may also pay online or over the phone with a credit card. For your convenience, each of our branches is open Monday through Friday 8am 5pm to accept payments in person.

Q: Discounts
Do you offer discounts?

A: We offer discounts for payments received within seven days of delivery on most products. Please inquire with your local Crossroads Fuel office for more information.

Q: Payment Plans
Im on a fixed or low income budget. Do you offer budget payment plans?

A: Yes, we offer budget plans for home heating based on your previous years usage. Monthly budget amounts will be set by your local Crossroads Fuel office. For more information on how we may assist you with your plan, please call or stop by your local Crossroads Fuel office.

Do you sell gas logs?

A: Yes, Crossroads sells and installs gas logs for use with our propane tanks. We have several models available at select locations for viewing. We would also be happy to provide you with brochures and information.
